About
Melissa Wasley joined the firm in 2022 and brings expertise in government, healthcare, and retail industries, with a specialization in inventory accounting. A Yakima native, she still calls the area home. Melissa graduated from Yakima Valley College and Columbia Basin College, where she earned her degree in Business Administration and certification in bookkeeping. She is also a licensed Washington State Public Notary.
Melissa’s favorite aspect of her role at the firm is the collaborative environment, where everyone shares a unified vision and dedication to the firm’s mission. Outside of work, Melissa actively supports her community through involvement with the Miss Washington Pageant Program, Miss Yakima County Sparkles Princess Pageant, and the Teens in Training program. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her husband George, their children Justin and Gracelyn, and their Boston Terrier, Maggie Mae, either camping, riding their UTV in the mountains, or relaxing on the beach. A fun fact about Melissa is that she is an identical twin and part of the Washington State Twin Registry, through which she participates in various studies with the University of Washington.
