About
Katlyn Slone joined the firm as Strategic Operations Lead in August 2025. A Chelan native now living in Orondo, she graduated cum laude from Principia College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, focusing on International Relations, and a minor in Spanish. Katlyn brings deep expertise in aligning strategy, systems, and people to foster cultures of trust and accountability. With extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, and organizational development, she takes a human-centered, data-informed approach to operations and relationship-building.
Outside of work, Katlyn serves her community as a volunteer firefighter for Douglas County District 4. She and her husband, Jared, are raising two energetic young boys, Michael and Matthew, who keep life adventurous and full of joy. In her free time, Katlyn enjoys everything from family time at Lake Chelan to hiking, umpiring NCAA fastpitch games, playing poker, and reading. A fun fact: she recently competed in the World Series of Poker Main Event and placed in the top 15% of nearly 10,000 players worldwide.
